The Asian American Education Project (AAEdu) and
The Localized History Project@AAARI-CUNY (LHP) are partnering to provide free professional development and resources to support Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) curriculum in NY schools.
AAEdu has provided professional development to over 14,000 educators nationwide, offering comprehensive resources including 200+ lesson plans across K-12, units of studies, professional development workshops, graphic novels, research articles, and more. AAEdu delivers training programs for teachers nationwide, supporting schools with extensive AAPI curriculum and educator development.
The NYC AAPI Studies Curriculum K-12 initiative is funded by The NY City Council Education Equity Action Plan.
